We are aware of a previous issue whereby if you didn't exit your browser after a charging session, it is possible that you may have another charging session start if your browser refreshes and somebody else happens to be plugged in at that charge point at that time. Please close your browser window after finishing your charging sessions to prevent this from happening.
You should also receive a text to say you are charging and, if it is not you, please follow the link in the text message to stop that charging session. Also, if you are an iPhone user, please download and use our Char.gy app instead of the web browser. (Android users, watch this space!)
