You can update your account details including your name, email address and phone number anytime by following these steps:

  1. Make sure you're logged in to your account and then select My Account from the menu bar.
  2. Click on the Profile button and then Edit next to the information that you want to update.
  3. After you’ve added the updated details, click Update.
  4. You will receive an email from us to verify the changes, depending on the changes you have made.

To update your payment card method please select Payment Methods from your My Account menu and then click Change.

In case you have forgotten your password and cannot log in to your account, please click on the reset your password here button and follow the instructions there. If this still does not work then you can email us on or call us on 0800 086 9606 (Option 2).

Note: Once you verify the updated email details, you can resume your activities on your account.
