We at char.gy know how frustrating it can be when you have vehicles blocking the charge points, especially when they're not using them!
Unfortunately this is not something we generally have direct control over as the decision will be with the Local Authority as to whether the charge points will have dedicated bays. You are welcome to contact your Local Authority and request for more allocated bays, signage or anything else that can assist you and copy us in on this request so that we can work in partnership with the Council. When you use any char.gy charge point please make sure you abide by the local parking restrictions.
We encourage local authorities to install rows of charge points in the same street to increase the chances of our customers finding an accessible charge point.
