If you authorised a charge with Apple Pay/Google Pay but didn't take any energy at the charge point then you will receive a full refund within 5-10 days after the authorisation (depending on your bank). This will not be captured as a charge but may still reflect in your account temporarily as a -£25 payment.
If the refund is not given within 10 days then we suggest contacting your bank directly.
