Please note that you can currently use Char.gy charge points without setting up an account, you will just be required to use Apple or Google pay (you can find out more here).
To create an account via the Char.gy app - click Account then Create an account.

To create an account via the Char.gy website - on your web browser please click on Sign in and then click the Not a member? Create an account link. Alternatively you can click the direct link here.

Next, add a Debit or Credit card to your account to pay for your charging sessions.
On the 'My Account' page or 'Account' tab on the app, select Payment Methods and then Add payment method. You will be directed to a card details page for you to add the required personal and card details. After you’ve added the details, click Save or Confirm Payment Details and then Done once you’ve finished. You may need to logout and back into your char.gy account to see these changes reflected in your account.
