Char.gy offers a three tier tariff for all charging.
Weekdays (From Monday 00:00 to Friday 23:59)
Day Tariff - between 7am - Midnight : £0.59 (59p) per kWh
Night Tariff - between Midnight - 7am : £0.39 (39p) per kWh
Weekends (From Saturday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59)
All-day Tariff - £0.54 (54p) per kWh
How charging works across tariffs
If your charging session crosses the tariff timings above then your billing will automatically adjust so that you will be billed appropriately for the power drawn during your charging session.
Examples
You start a charge at 9pm on Tuesday and finish charging at 9am on Wednesday :
You will be billed at our day rate (59p/kWh) from 9pm - midnight, then at our night rate (39p/kWh) from midnight - 7am and our day rate again from 7am - 9am.
You start a charge at 11pm on Sunday, and finish charging at 10am on Monday :
You will be billed 54p per kWh from 11pm - midnight, then 39p per kWh from midnight - 7am, then 59p per kWh from 7am - 10am.
Please note there may be some exceptions to these prices so please refer to the charge point page on the browser or app to see the price per kWh for a specific charge point before commencing your charge session.
